– Boundary survey of existing 15,645 s.f. parcel.
– Identify structure/ground improvement encroachments and remediate with Client.
– Measure interior unit dimensions, prepare floor plans and area calculations.
– Prepare Master Site Plan and Condominium Floor Plans.
– Design new parking lot striping plan to delineate exclusive use parking spaces, refuse locations and common open spaces.
