Morse was hired to review this existing 20-acre industrial property for compliance with the EPA NPDES Stormwater Requirements. Services included the following:
- – Provide existing conditions topographical survey of 20-acre facility and identify all drainage improvements (catchbasins, pipes, swales etc.) and downstream drainage discharge points.
- – Prepare EPA Industrial Stormwater Discharge Permit Application.
- – Inspect interior drainage (floor drains, roof drainage, covered loading bays) improvements and provide interior piping schematic drawing.
- – Prepare Spill Response Plan and Drainage BMP Operation & Maintenance Plan for entire site.
